Apparently this game is notorious for modfail/miscommunication/etc, but I'm not in the game, I was just apping, so I had not experienced this first hand. Until my app, that is.

The people running a game get to decide how it's run. Not people outside. Not people trying to join. Not people that have left the game. The people running the game get to decide the rules.
